Change Credit Card To Payback Less

Credit cards have notoriously high interest rates. However lots of banks offer new cards with an initial period of time when the card is completely interest free! You can use this to your advantage by moving your debts around to reduce your monthly payments.

  - First you need to research around and have a look at what the banks are offering.
  - Once you have shortlisted the best deals you need to call them up and join.
  - Then you need to move your debts (balance transfer) from your current credit card to your new one
  - Now you will be paying no interest meaning a lower monthly payment.

It is also important to be clear of what the interest rate will be after the interest free period is over, because if it is higher than your old interest rate then the money saved will be lost as you will end up paying more in the long run.

It takes a lot of research and make sure you clearly plan what you are going to do, including timescales. This is an opportunity which is well worth taking advatange of because it can save you hundreds of pounds!
